General

These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all sale contracts of goods by the KŪNOKŪNUI to the customer and shall prevail over any other documentation or communication from the customer.

All orders shall be deemed to be an offer by the customer to purchase goods pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance by KŪNOKŪNUI. KŪNOKŪNUI may choose not to accept an order for any reason. Acceptance of delivery of the goods shall be deemed conclusive evidence of the customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Personal information

All personal information you provide us with or that we obtain will be handled by KŪNOKŪNUI as responsible for the personal information. The personal information you provide will be used to ensure deliveries to you, the credit assessment, to provide offers and information on our catalog to you. The information you provide is only available to KŪNOKŪNUI and will not be shared with third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request KŪNOKŪNUI to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the these terms and conditions, you agree to the above.

Force Majeure

Events outside KŪNOKŪNUI control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that KŪNOKŪNUI is released from KŪNOKŪNUI’s obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

Payment

Online orders are generally processed within 2 working days. All prices stated on the www.kunokunui.com e-shop are in euros. The prices do not include VAT. Customs, VAT and administration fees are paid by the customer upon receiving the goods.

We accept all credit/debit cards through safe payment gateways.

PayPal

Users paying via PayPal need to use our checkout page. You will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.

E-banking

By paying via e-banking payment system you will be forwarded to the website of the payment provider JSC OPAY solutions through a secured connection (SSL).

The customer shall ensure that the details which are provided to KŪNOKŪNUI are correct and complete. The customer shall inform KŪNOKŪNUI immediately of any changes to the information that has been provided at the time of registration.

Delivery

Delivery of the goods shall be made by KŪNOKŪNUI to such place and on such terms as agreed between the seller and the customer at the time the order is placed.

Delivery charges and estimated delivery dates are specified in Delivery section. Please note that KŪNOKŪNUI shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods within estimated delivery dates. If you have not received your items within the specified timeframe please get in touch and we will do our best to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to the customer on the date when the products are delivered

KŪNOKŪNUI shall use its reasonable endeavours to meet any date stated for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Cookies

KŪNOKŪNUI uses cookies according to the new Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information that helps the website to identify and track the visitor. Additional information

KŪNOKŪNUI reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, KŪNOKŪNUI has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. KŪNOKŪNUI shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
